م الاخر اللي عمل نظام الوظيفة فاهم سيكولوجية الانسان كويس اوي

انا عن نفسي بكسل اقول للسواق كل يوم على جنب هنا لأنه ميعرفش بيتي

ما بالك لو هتقابل ناس جديدة كل يوم عايز تعرف حاجات عنهم وعايزهم يعرفوا حاجات عنك

كذلك روتين الشغل العملي برضه

Why am I destined to see the same people every day? And why do I have to do the same work every day? In the end, the one who invented the job system really understood human psychology very well.

As for me, sometimes I’m too lazy to even tell the driver to stop near my house as he doesn’t know where I live.

So imagine having to meet new people every day — wanting to know things about them, and wanting them to know things about you.

The same goes for the routine of practical work too.
